New Patient Visit

Initial Office or Telehealth Visit $250

Established Patient Visits

Annual Physical / Wellness Visit / Sports Physical $135

Follow-Up Visit — $135 (In-person or telehealth)

Same-Day Sick / Urgent Visit — $99 (In-person or telehealth)

Lab & Testing Fees

Lab Draw Fee — $15

Specialty labs and advanced testing vary by need.
If additional testing is recommended, I’ll always review options and pricing with you first.

Weight Loss Program

My medical weight loss program is offered as a structured cash-pay package.
