What To Expect At Your Visit

If you’re new here — welcome. I want you to feel comfortable, informed, and confident before you even walk through the door.

Here’s what your experience at wUrthy Health Clinic looks like.

Before Your Appointment

After you book, you’ll receive your intake forms by text or email. Please complete these before your visit so I can review your information ahead of time and make the most of our time together. If you ever need help with forms or have questions, you can always reach out. I’m happy to help.

Your First Appointment

Your first visit is relaxed, conversational, and focused on YOU.

Here’s what typically happens:

We Talk First

We’ll start with a real conversation about what’s been going on with your health, your symptoms, your goals, and what brought you in.

Exam (If Needed)

If a physical exam is needed, we’ll take care of that, always with your comfort in mind.

Labs & Medications

If you’ve had recent labs (within the last 6–12 months), feel free to bring them. We’ll review anything relevant together. We’ll also talk about any medications or supplements you’re currently taking.

Next Steps

Before you leave, we’ll discuss recommendations, testing (if needed), and your personalized plan moving forward. You will never be rushed. You will always have space to ask questions. You’re in the right place and you don’t have to figure this out alone.

Follow-up Visit

Follow-ups are where progress happens. Most patients schedule a follow-up about 2–3 weeks after their initial visit to review labs and fine-tune treatment plans. Ongoing follow-ups may be scheduled every few months depending on your care plan and goals.

These visits allow us to:

✔ Check progress
✔ Adjust treatment as needed
✔ Address new concerns
✔ Keep you supported

Late Arrival and Missed Appointment Policy

I value your time and I ask that you respect mine as well. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled so I can stay on time for other patients. Missed appointments without notice are subject to a $75 no-show fee. Life happens. If something comes up, please give at least 24 hours notice whenever possible so we can reschedule your spot. Thank you for helping me keep the schedule running smoothly for everyone.
