I'm a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of wUrthy Health Clinic. I opened this clinic because I wanted to create a space where people feel truly seen, heard and cared for, not rushed in and out of appointments.

As a busy mom of three daughters, I understand how hard it can be to prioritize your own health. That’s why I focus on making care simple, personal and supportive. I take the time to listen, explain, and work with you to create a plan that fits your life and your goals.

At wUrthy Health Clinic, I blend modern medicine with integrative care to support hormones, weight management, women’s health, thyroid concerns and overall wellness.
